Information we collect

When you request a demo or contact us, we receive the details you send, such as your name, mobile number, email, company and message. Customers using the VelHR app store their employee, attendance, leave and payroll data in it.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to you, arrange demos and provide support. Customer data in the app is processed only to provide the service and is never sold.

Data security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and role-based permissions to protect data. Each customer's data is separated by company.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only where the law requires or with service providers who help us run the service under confidentiality.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing admin@finacc.in.
