Service

VelHR is a web-based HR and payroll application provided by FinAcc Technologies under a subscription agreed with each customer.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping login details confidential, for the accuracy of data you enter, and for checking statutory filings before submitting them to authorities.

Intellectual property

The VelHR software, brand and website content belong to FinAcc Technologies.

Limitation of liability

VelHR is provided with reasonable care. FinAcc Technologies is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
