A typical knitwear or garment unit has hundreds of workers across cutting, stitching, checking and packing, often on more than one shift. Every month someone downloads punches from the biometric device, cleans them up in Excel, adds overtime, marks loss of pay, and then works out PF and ESI for each worker. What it costs for a textile unit
The Factory plan includes live biometric sync, shifts and overtime. It costs ₹2,499 a month for up to 50 employees and ₹45 for each extra employee, so a 200-worker unit pays ₹2,499 + 150 × ₹45 = ₹9,249 a month plus GST. Units with more than 300 employees or several factories can choose Enterprise at ₹40 per employee a month (minimum ₹12,000). Annual billing gives 12 months for the price of 10, and the first biometric device is connected free on annual plans. Full details are on the pricing page.

Which biometric devices work with VelHR?
VelHR connects live to eSSL and ZKTeco devices on the Factory and Enterprise plans. On the Starter plan you can import punch files in CSV format.
Can VelHR handle night shifts and overtime?
Yes. You can set up multiple shifts, and VelHR calculates late marking and overtime from the actual punches.
Does VelHR generate the PF ECR file and ESI report?
Yes. Each payroll run produces the PF ECR file, the ESI contribution report, the professional tax report and a bank transfer statement.
Can we manage more than one unit?
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports multiple units and locations under one company.
