The monthly payroll problem in an engineering unit

What it costs
The Factory plan includes live biometric sync, shifts and overtime. It costs ₹2,499 a month for up to 50 employees and ₹45 for each extra employee, so a 100-worker CNC shop pays ₹2,499 + 50 × ₹45 = ₹4,749 a month plus GST, and a 150-worker pump unit pays ₹6,999 a month plus GST. Plants with more than 300 employees or several locations can choose Enterprise at ₹40 per employee a month (minimum ₹12,000). Annual billing gives 12 months for the price of 10, and the first biometric device is connected free on annual plans. See the pricing page for every plan.

Frequently asked questions
Can VelHR handle three shifts and night shifts in a foundry?
Yes. You can define general, day, night and rotating shifts. VelHR reads the actual punches, marks late arrivals and works out overtime hours for each worker.
Does VelHR connect to our existing biometric machine?
VelHR connects live to eSSL and ZKTeco devices on the Factory and Enterprise plans. On the Starter plan you can import punch files in CSV format.
Can we pay contract and permanent workers differently?
Yes. Each employee has their own salary structure, so permanent staff, trainees and contract workers can have different components, PF and ESI applicability.
Does it produce PF ECR, ESI and PT reports?
Yes. Every payroll run produces the PF ECR file, the ESI contribution report, the professional tax report and a bank transfer statement.
We have two plants. Can one login manage both?
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports multiple units and locations under one company.
